Boise is in Idaho USA. There are lots of great places and activities to do here. It is a wonderful option if you plan to treat your family to a vacation.

Boise is the capital city of the Idaho State of the United States. This is the principal city of the metropolitan area of Boise City Nampa. It is also the largest city found in between Utah’s Salt Lake City and Oregon’s Portland.

This city has been an interesting place to visit for all the tourists in the world. They have many interesting arts and culture, history and nature. Here are some popular attractions found in the city.

The Basque Museum and Cultural center
This is one place where you can find the heritage of the Basque’s communities located in Idaho. It is known that Boise is the central location of the immigrants of Basque. This is the place where the Basque has first congregated from the Spanish regions. They have established their lives here from their main land in Spain. They have been famous because they showed hard work and perseverance.

World Center for Birds of Prey
This is another place to visit in Boise Idaho. This was built in 1984. This is also the headquarters of the Peregrine Fund. This is where national and international conversation programs happen.

This World Center for Birds of Prey was built to release the wild life. This places house over 200 falcons and condors. This is where they breed. This is one home for educational programs.

Zoo Boise
This zoo showcases many animals that could only be seen in Boise. Some featured animals are also seen in other parts of the world. The Boise Art Museum

Idaho Historical Museum
This is located inside Julia Davis Park, just off the Capitol Boulevard. It was founded in the year 1907. This is the largest and most visited museum in Idaho. They have collections of simple relics that have been accredited by American Association of Museums. The collections of this museum tell the story of the prehistoric times of Idaho.

The museum also features the interesting story of the fur trade. This museum has a richly detailed interior. There are also exhibits of different populations.

Every year, the museum celebrates its annual history celebration. There are wondering musicians, food vendors and lots of interactive displays. There are also monthly Brown Bag Series that are available.
