Colorado Springs is a great vacation destination because of its natural features. Colorado Springs is also a beautiful country packed with sandstone rock formations. It houses many fine hotels.

Colorado Springs is situated along the east portion of the state. It is also 61 miles away from the southern part of the Colorado State Capitol, Denver.

At 1839 meters, Colorado Springs can reach over a mile above sea level. Some cities are located at higher ranges. Moreover, the city is located close to the foot of one of the popular American Mountains – Pikes Peak – at the eastern border of the Rocky Mountains.

Nowadays, Colorado Springs possesses numerous features, showcasing a current urban open area space with parks, business and commerce, bike trails, theaters and other entertainment.
