Jamaica is known worldwide for being an exotic tourist destination. It has for years attracted all kinds of travelers including couples, families, friends, explorers and adventurers. The natural beauty, dynamic culture and a rich heritage have made Jamaica a famous holiday destination for most kinds of travelers. But before you plan a trip to this exotic destination it is a good idea to make your planning well in advance so that nothing dampers your puma pas cherexperience in Jamaica.

To begin with you need to figure out when is the best time to go. Since it experiences a near perfect tropical climate, Jamaica is a year round destination. The winter months are pretty popular with since the temperatures are mild and pleasant in comparison to the dipping temperatures in their countries. Also, important carnivals and beach festivals are held during these months therefore attracting more travelers from all over. Summer months are hot and constitute the low season. These months offer the perfect opportunity to the budget conscious traveler to visit this beautiful island country. Rainy season, which can stretch anywhere between June to October can be tolerable, however, during September and October the heavy downpours can be a hindrance.

If you have decided on the time of the year, you would like to visit Jamaica, the next aspect you need to look into is whether you intend to fly or sail. You can always land into the two major airports at Kingston and Montego Bay. A flight from New York to Kingston or Montego Bay is about 4 hours long while from London and Paris it is about 7 hours or so. If you are budget conscious, you can even try and book your tickets well in advance. If you prefer traveling at your own pace and leisure, you can even choose a luxury cruise liner such as the famous Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Costa.

The accommodation is the next major concern, however, before that you also need to be aware of the culture and the language spoken, so that you can make a wise decision on which part of Jamaica to stay in. This country is a melting pot of cultures and influences can be found of English, African, Asian and even Middle Eastern regions. Therefore, English is quite well spoken in most of the important tourist destinations around Jamaica. However, in the interiors usually various dialects of African languages are spoken and they may be a problem to understand. Therefore, it is advisable to stay near the main cities, towns and resorts.

Most of these places are home to a range of luxurious and comfortable Jamaican rentals. They are equipped with all the comforts one expects from a luxurious hotel or resort. All kinds of conveniences, services and facilities are also available at these apartments that have housekeeping staff, maid, fully equipped kitchen, entertainment center, Internet access etc. Some of the more luxurious Jamaica villas even have private swimming pool and car parking facility. All these factors combine to make Villas in Jamaica a much-preferred choice of accommodation than the conventional hotels.
